Falz
The carbon fork we paint for most of our own frames — now offered on its own. Externally routed, properly aftermarket, painted to your specification.
Add a little Pegoretti to your ride
A premium carbon fibre disc road cycling fork, designed, prepared and painted in-house at Pegoretti.
Falz ships with most of our disc-compatible frames — the exception being Elio, our integrated stainless model, designed around its own front-end system. So most of the people who buy a Falz disc directly aren't ordering a Pegoretti — they're cyclists with a disc-equipped road bike from another maker, looking for an upgrade, a colour-matched paint scheme, or — increasingly rare — a carbon disc fork that runs cables externally.
If that's you, Falz is an ideal aftermarket option for any disc-equipped road bike with a standard size headset. Because we paint it to order in our own paint room, we can match almost any RAL reference — including custom colours on request. An excellent choice for the rider seeking a disc fork to complement their bike's existing paint scheme.
Please note: both disc and rim versions of Falz are designed for road use only — not trail riding or gravel pursuits.
Depending on your frame size, Falz is available in two rakes: 45mm and 50mm. As a rule, we spec 50mm for Pegoretti frames of 53cm and smaller, and 45mm for 54cm and larger. If in doubt, please get in contact — we'll happily advise on which option suits your bike.
We offer Falz in a wide range of RAL colours, including a raw carbon finish with a protective lacquer. Take a look at the Pegoretti solid colours gallery to see the colours in more detail.

Specifications
What to know before ordering
Lead time & process
Around two weeks in the workshop from the day your order arrives — your fork enters the paint queue, is finished, quality-checked, and packed. Then 4–6 working days transit for most destinations. Custom or Ciavete finishes may run longer; we'll keep you in touch.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Approximate transit times: EU 3–5 working days, UK 5–7, US/Canada 7–10, rest of world 10–14. Customers outside the EU may pay import duties on arrival, depending on local regulations.
What's included
The fork, painted to your specification. Expansion plug fitted. Steerer is shipped uncut at 320mm — your fitter will cut to length. Anything specific to your build, ask before ordering.
Cancellations & returns
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering before paint begins. After that the fork enters production and cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects. We'd rather talk first than have you regret an order.
Care & installation
Any competent bike mechanic can fit a Falz. Steerer cutting, headset preload, torque specs — all in the documentation that ships with the fork. Questions about your frame? Email the workshop.
Custom & Ciavete finishes
Custom colours and Ciavete are paintwork that can't be specified by code — they need a conversation about reference, intention, and what will work on the fork's shape. Email info@dariopegoretti.com to start that conversation, then come back to complete your order.
